Congratulations: To Sharon Lamb who completed the Breast Cancer Awareness charity walk on Sunday!

Congratulations: to all of you who went to the Alba West Custom Show and helped the club win the Biggest Club Turnout Prize.

Ayrshire Classic Bike MCC: have thanked us for our support and excellent turn out at the show.

Club Donation: The club has donated a £100 to Jacqui Watson who is a freelance motorcycle journalist who writes for Classic Bike. She is riding through all 33 shires in Scotland to raise money for M.E. Association & NABD. check out her Blog - www.gorgeousbikechick.blogspot.com

Argyll Chapter: are having their second charity fun day on Saturday 26th July -11am to 5pm. It was a great success last year and hopefully will be even better this year! They are needing as much support as possible! So if you are not going to P in the Park or the Rock & Blues, please go along and give them a hand to make it a great day! Cheers.

Dates: for July meetings – 9th & 30th (it’s a five Wednesday month)

Ride Out: To Erskine Veterans Home. A charity run to help all Veterans, the home is run purely by donations to provide care and nursing to all ex-service men and women, Meet at the Q8 Kilmarnock Sunday 8th June at 11.45 to leave at 12.00. we are calling in at Oscars to meet the Renfrew chapter so if it’s an easier location to meet, see you there! On the way back the idea is to call in at the Classic Bike Show in Kilmarnock as some of the members are manning a Hillbillie stand to promote the club.

Argyll Meeting: 10th June in Dunoon , all are welcome. Meet at the ferry terminal to catch the 7pm Ferry.

Renfrew Chapter : are having a Barbecue on the 21st June to celebrate their 1st Anniversary . Late afternoon till closing time at Oscars. There will be safe parking for the bikes.

Congratulations: Jock Lamb who won Best in Show and Best Radical Custom at the Gathering – Ayr racecourse. It was a very good week-end and there was a good turn out by the club.

Congratulations: Shirley Anne and everyone who went on the Breast Way Round Ride Out. It was a great success and a lot of money was raised. A full report will follow.

Congratulations: Andrew Wyatt who has passed his bike test.

Welcome: back to the club Howard Mason

Xmas Dance: 5th Dec the hall is booked and the band is Big Licks.

Rock Night:
Thanks to everyone who came along! We hope a good time was had by all! With support and a very generous donation of £150 from the Blue Angels,the total raised was £750 for the Breast Way Round charity run. Thanks to ATTICA RAGE and a special mention to MOLOTOV COCKTAIL who were excellent and had the dance floor bouncing the whole time they played!


Easter Egg Run:

A great turn out this year, 90 odd bikes & a couple of trikes and a special mention for Mr. Plod for his welcome low profile contribution. It was a cold day and Louise saved the day by inviting us around to her Café for hot soup etc, thanks! £1,500 was divided between the two charities and of course, a few eggs. Thanks everyone who turned up,CHEERS!

Rock Night:
It’s only a couple of weeks to the Rock Night. Friday 11th April, usual time & place.
The band this year is Attica Rage. £5 for a good night out!
This year all proceeds are going to a charity run one of our members is organizing! Shirley Ann Barnes is planning a run up the West Coast of Scotland for MACMILLAN Cancer Support. You will find all the information here.Breast Way Round.


Greenock Fund Raising Night: it was a great night! Two good bands and the buffet went down a treat. The night was well attended by the club,check out the photo's! The total raised was £3002.43p

Fugitives MCC easter egg run is Sat 15th March. Meet at the Myle at 12, anyone wishing to go down to Dumfries.

March Meetings
12th & 26th. 7.30pm for 8pm meeting at The Ballochmyle Inn.

Easter Egg Run.
Saturday March 22nd : Meeting at The Myle to leave at 1pm,stopping at Crosshouse Hospital & Malcolm Sargents in Prestwick.That night meeting at the Myle for a wee dram.

January Meetings.
There will be an end of month meeting,Wed 30th. 7.30pm for 8pm. The Ballochmyle Inn.

December Meetings
There will not be an end of the month meeting,but there will be a social night on the 29th in the Myle. So please come along for a bit of jamming, bring ya guitars,clear ya throats and be ready for a good night!

A.G.M.
Will be held upstairs in the Mauchline Club on Wed 16th of January. The vote for all committee positions will take place. If the club is not available there will be a normal meeting in the Myle and the A.G.M will be rescheduled.

If you are going to the NW200, look into booking your ferry places now! They are going fast. Nutt Travel prices still cheapest, but well up on last year.
